Post delivery message
We have added a feature to send a custom message to your customer post delivery. This is a great opportunity to thank you customer, make a connection and invite them to order again.
- Select the icon on the top left corner of the producer dashboard on TakeIn. It will open the options and select settings.
- Select System Settings under the Settings dropdown.
- Select Delivery Options
- Activate Send Personal Message After Deliver by toggling the switch. Customize your message in the text box. You can add an image or video by adding the url to the media link field.
- Now you are set to send your customer a custom message after they receive their order.
