Tacos: A Delicious and Versatile Mexican Dish

Tacos are a staple in Mexican cuisine and have become a popular food around the world. Directions:

Fish Tacos with Lime Crema: Ingredients:

  • 1 lb white fish, such as tilapia
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Corn tortillas
  • Toppings of your choice (slaw, salsa, lime wedges, etc.)

Directions:

  1. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Dredge the fish in the flour mixture.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add enough oil to coat the bottom. Cook the fish for about 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through
