This is an espresso brownie, made from our Brownie Bomb base and then capped with a rich layer of dark, honey-sweetened chocolate. If you've ever loved an espresso brownie, this is for you. Lee originally made these for herself after missing the taste of S-bux's version but not wanting to deal with all the crappy ingredients. This is a super clean option for you when you want that chocolate/coffee combo. Amazing! About a cup of coffee's worth of caffeine. Depending on what the temperature is when we make these, you may see that the top has some irregularities. It can look like pale yellow to white cream spots. Don't worry, that's just the cacao butter floating up to the top to say "Hi". That's what real food looks like.
